Special Agent The candidate will participate in arrests, execute search warrants, raids and other dangerous assignments. Will enforce more than 300 federal statutes as well as conduct sensitive national security investigations. Work to develop relationships within and across communities and educate fellow law enforcement and national security partners at local, state, federal, and international levels. Should be a lawyer with a background in corporate, IP, family, immigration, environmental, criminal, or commercial law. Must have 3+ years of full-time professional work experience. Certain specified experiences and/or abilities waive the three-year full-time work experience requirement. These include applicants with degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, a J.D. degree and CPAs. Candidates with Master's and/or doctorate degrees should have 2 years of full-time work experience.
