Legal Assistant-Legal and Government Relations The candidate will review and respond to legal request with high attention to detail. Will work directly with a fast-paced global team including legal, product leads, communications and policy. Expertly manage, from receipt to resolution, the handling of legal removal requests across multiple legal issues. Provide exceptional and responsive user support in helping to overcome legal challenges. Analyze and lead escalations of urgent requests, liaising with Product, Policy, Communications and Legal teams. Balance various legal considerations in order to effectively resolve issues. Develop and launch policies and processes for handling large volumes of requests based on regional trends. Drive innovation regarding processes and best practices for implementing policies across regions. Be responsible for day to day responsibilities which may include drafting agreements, processing and negotiating NDAs, data entry, organizing legal documents, responding to subpoenas for employment legal records, and other similar work. Deliver wide-ranging, accurate advisory and HR project support on an organized and timely basis (e.g. support on litigation matters, disclosure and due diligence exercises, answer policy questions). Manage multiple projects. Should have BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
