Employment Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will handle employment related claims in litigation and before state and federal enforcement agencies. Provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations. Effectively and persuasively write briefs and motions for the benefit of clients. Cultivate productive and effective relationships with clients. Argue decisively at court hearings. Conduct fact gathering and advantageous depositions. Defend properly prepared client representatives at deposition. Should have J.D. from an accredited law school. Must have 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in employment defense litigation.. Oregon Bar Admission with "active" status required. Should have outstanding academic credentials.

This firm should consider finding adequate parking for their employees. There are always option such as parking garages where people can park.

Pros : This firm does a really great job of taking care of their employees. I always felt appreciated working here and never felt taken advantage of. They give you good pay for your position and benefits as well. They won't make you come if the weather is bad and allows plenty of sick time.
Cons : The location for this firm could be a bit better. It's located pretty far from where I live and parking is not always available. It would be nice if they had a parking lot but spaces are tight.
