Profile

Senior Manager of Contracts and Agreements The candidate will create and maintain RFP response standard verbiage in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Create and maintain Proposal templates contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Create and maintain SOW templates, including end user, partner, SI, and subcontractor SOW contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Create and maintain Change Order templates in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Validate ensure proper governing terms and conditions exist and/or are included in contractual documentation. Engage and assist Sales and Pursuit with redline revisions, including providing redlined recommendations and negotiations with Customer for document finalization. Serve as the point of contact for GEO Sales and Pursuit for RFPs, proposals, and contractual documentation and reviews. Serve as the point of contact for Sales and Pursuit for customer-, partner-, subcontractor-, and System Integrator provided documentation. Work collaboratively with peers and internal organizations to ensure documentation adheres to organizational requirements. Engage and assist Sales and Pursuit with extensions and/or renewals. Develop and provides input to strategic decisions and policies affecting the functional area of responsibility. Maintain knowledge of company offerings to ensure proper content and compliance in documentation that affect the functional area of responsibility. Provide professional leadership and support for the North America contractual and documentation portfolio. Continually advance the contractual and documentation portfolio through sharing best practice and knowledge of markets/industries/customer feedback to inform and improve the contractual and documentation portfolio and promote best practice. Proactively engage and build relationships with DaaS alignment. Lead by example in order to engender behaviors that express company values. Work in partnership with others to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in related field. Should have expert knowledge of RFP, proposal, and SOW documentation for Device as a Service offering. Should have expert knowledge of change management, extension, and renewals for Device as a Service offering. Should have comprehensive understanding of global contracting strategies and processes. Should have expert ability to review and provide legal analysis of contractual documentation and provide input and recommendations regarding risk areas and relevant solutions. Should have experience in building contractual agreements. Juris Doctor (J.D.), Law Degree or country equivalent preferred.Should have experience of 7-10 years.
