Contracts Manager The candidate will be responsible for the overall management of all upstream and downstream contract reviews. Primary responsibility to negotiate contract terms and conditions. Organizing and implementing electronic contract management system. Updating and maintain subcontractor and vendor contract data base. Assist General Counsel with federal government compliance requirements.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Political Science, Accounting, Construction Management, or Engineering. 5+ years of negotiating and managing contracts and subcontracts in the construction industry; experience with federal procurement preferred. MBA or JD preferred. PE License if Engineer. Experience with federal procurement preferred. Knowledge in communication, relationship management and critical evaluation needed. Ability to function in fast paced, ever changing, high demand environment assuring to meet all final deliverables, detail specifications, and deadlines.
