Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and experts to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance defense matters.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Proven experience managing insurance defense matters, preferably focusing on bodily injury defense, construction defect, or employment.
  • Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the State of California.
