Paralegal The candidate will coordinate the education and onboarding of new employees for multiple positions. Responsibilities: Institute training programs and protocols to streamline on boarding new employees; Perform customer service when not training; Perform sales compliance when not training. Bachelors degree required. Management and Training experience will be required. Strong managerial backgrounds/ office experience needed. Experience working in a high client contact environment preferred. Must have proficient computer and typing skills-you have to type at least 35 wpm.
