Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative support duties for legal, environmental, insurance and security staff. Strong phone skills, records and communication tasks needed. Work under general supervision within a framework of established procedures and developing procedures, demonstrating accuracy, flexibility, and sound decision making is needed. Data entry, proofreading skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point is essential. Need to be able to produce accurate work within regular deadlines is needed. Must have 2-6 years of experience in an office support function, preferably legal or oil and gas related. Legal assistant experience is preferred. Notary Public or ability to obtain Notary Public is essential.
