AssociateThe candidate will research, analyze, and interpret law sources such as statutes, rules and regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions. Assist with document review. Strong organization and communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to provide writing samples. Strong research and analytical skills. Deposition experience preferred. Strong litigation skills are required. Must have experience managing their own caseload, handling all aspects of litigation and has an interest in litigating in other fields of practice including medical malpractice and construction. Must have litigation experience in the field of insurance coverage.

Managers here need to encourage more team effort if they want to continue onward with this firm. Nothing good will come from people working in an unhappy environment.
Pros : The benefits are not bad at all here. At the end of the year, we see a bonus and have the annual Christmas party. The firm provided us with ongoing educational events.Cons : People here seem cold and impersonal. The atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable when I had to ask questions or report with a problem.
