Business and Estate Planning Paralegal Duties: Drafting, editing and finalizing correspondence and legal documents; preparing engagement letters, disengagement letters; proofreading all work including correspondence and other legal documents; maintaining calendar entries; ensuring that deadlines are met and that information and material required from clients is received on a timely basis. Perform duties as needed for the professional operation of the firm.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 5 years' experience in either business or estate planning or both. Professional communications with Clients. Strong knowledge Office 2016, electronic filing (court and county). A keen attention to detail including grammar, writing, formatting errors is a must. Ability to work both independently and as a team. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and solve problems. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information and operations. Compensation is dependent on experience.
