Judicial Reform Experts
The candidate should have demonstrated experience serving on donor-funded Rule of Law and court modernization programs. Must have an advanced degree (J.D., Ph.D, LL.M, MA/MS) in relevant fields such as Law, Public Administration, International Relations, or Political Science. Experience with U.S. government donor agencies strongly preferred. Should have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with host-country counterparts, client funding agencies and international partners. Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility needed to perform effectively with limited resources and time constraints. Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English as well as fluency in an additional language, such as French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic are highly desired.
