Litigation Paralegal DUTIES: Assist attorney in all aspects of discovery responses and document production. Summarize medical records and depositions. Gather, analyze, and organize factual information. Initial drafting of non complex pleadings. Assist in the preparation for trials, depositions, and mediations. Performing other administrative or office duties as required or assigned.
Qualification and Experience
REQUIREMENTS: Paralegal degree. 3-5 years of paralegal experience. Ability to prioritize and handle numerous competing demands and thrive in a fast paced environment. Organizational and time management skills. Above average skills in MS Office Applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of TABS, Practice Master, and Worldox beneficial.
