Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be drafting basic real estate transfer and related documents. Review title, survey, and title commitments. Prepare closing statements, closing binders, and follow up on an extensive array of post-closing matters. Perform due diligence, coordinate and implement transactions and close commercial real estate transactions (debt and equity). Other responsibilities as client needs dictate.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate or appropriate job- related experience. Must have 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions with finance experience. Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and critical thinking skills. Exceptional attention to detail in drafting and proof-reading skills using computer-assisted legal resources. Ability to work independently and as part of team and to plan and take initiative to accomplish objectives in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
