Should have a partial book of business, and be eager to develop new client relationships. A lot of work is needed to manage a suitable work life balance. Management should promote work-life balance and should treat everyone fairly instead of playing favoritism.
Pros : The firm has very open team environment and great work life balance. The firm has good and friendly environment considering its small to medium size. I really like the knowledge base and experience of some of the attorneys here.Cons : The worst part is restrictive advancement path for new attorneys and small unbalanced team structure. I have also spent here long frustrated hours without any direction or definition from upper management.
