Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for screening prospective clients for estate planning services when they initially call or email the firm. Will be responsible for onboarding new estate planning clients and being the clients main point of contact throughout the firm’s estate planning process. Assist with drafting letters and legal documents for business, real estate and estate planning transactions. Should have 3-5 years of law office experience; or Certified paralegal with a bachelor’s degree. Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel is expected. Knowledge of Clio, PowerPoint and Adobe is a plus.
