Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm is seeking a senior corporate attorney with experience negotiating and documenting commercial agreements, including software and patent license agreements, manufacturing agreements, distribution or VAR agreements, software as service subscription agreements, master services agreements, and similar commercial contracts. Should also have expertise in data privacy and security issues, healthcare IT and related privacy issues. In addition to drafting and negotiating commercial and licensing agreements, commercial counsel would also support our M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. Must be a member of the MA bar. Should have large law firm experience along with strong academic credentials.
