Government Contracts Lawyer The candidate must be an associate/counsel lawyer with 5-10 years of legal experience. Should have experience in the following government contracts practice areas: litigation, including bid protests, disputes, and claims; procurement fraud investigations and related litigation; and general counseling on government contracts-related business and regulatory issues, including government contract formation, compliance, M&A due diligence, data rights and subcontracting. Should preferably be capable of interacting with company executives in key industries, such as manufacturing, information technology, professional services, and life sciences, and have strong client and business development skills. Should preferably also have a portable practice of $250,000.
