Legal Assistant – Corporate The candidate will administrate the Contract Protocol process including maintaining signature authorization records and the contracts database. Maintain corporate registrations with the Secretary of State and Department of Revenue in all U.S. states and jurisdictions. Assist with contract reports, inquiries and audits. Provide operational support to the Office of the Corporate Secretary for the entity management database, board portal, board meeting calendar and signature requests. Coordinate with other functional teams within Legal and the greater organization on technology and operational matters as they relate to contracts, corporate governance and compliance. Should have Bachelor’s degree. Must have 2-4 years of experience at a law firm or in-house at a company. Should have research skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook required.
