Review:

"Exceptional Law Firm With Exceptional Professionals"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

Even though it's a small complaint, I do think that maybe a short course on social interactions with clients and the community is something the firm can benefit from.

Pros : I've worked for a few law firms in the past, but this has to be hands down the most professional one I have worked for. The associates I work with are some of the best and sharpest individuals I've had the pleasure of working with, in any field of work. The firm has a great reputation among the areas of law we practice. This explains the level of expertise that exists at the firm. I think this is a place where a lawyer who is passionate about their job, like me, will find it to be a great place to work to continue to challenge themselves.
Cons : As great as the firm is when it comes to service, I do think that unfortunately, there is sometimes too much of an emphasis on the end goal of a case instead of trying to connect with the clients on a personal level. I don't think it is anything negative, but I do think that since we handle very sensitive cases sometimes, some associates need to do their best to also try to see the human side of some of the cases.
