Review:

"To be honest, it's not a great place to work. I've since gone to a better firm, so I figure I'll go ahead and write up a review as a former employee."

Former Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

What I would recommend to anyone who may be reading this that is working for the law firm. Do whatever you can to change the pay scale and salary increase reviews to be one in which merit is considered rather than an employee's popularity.

Pros : Let's start with the good stuff. Everyone worked well as a group. We communicated throughout the firm when we had issues. We shared resources and I truly felt that we all scared about helping each other. We all wanted to see each other shine.
Cons : However, there was a lot of favoritism which led me to leave the firm. Advancements and salary increases weren't due to qualification, experience, or even how well we did in the past year. People were given salary increases greater than others just due to being a favorite of the head management. It was all politics over there. I wasn't as charismatic and personable as others, yet I was able to complete my job with flying colors. But because I wasn't as popular as others - I didn't receive great advancements in my pay.
