Qualification and Experience

Encourage professionalism among support staff and in the office as a whole. Have management be more responsive to peoples' concerns; don't blame others for not acting in desired ways when they did not know what was expected of them.Pros : The benefits were rather good, especially the insurance. There were lots of opportunities, and varied ones at that, to demonstrate your skills and to differentiate yourself from others, if you wanted to stay here for a while.
