Legal Assistant The candidate duties/responsibilities include: work with Client Management Software; maintain up-to-date information on current cases including client communications; answer incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system; new client intakes; assist in the initial investigation and work-up of new cases; ordering and tracking of medical records requests; draft correspondence and alert staff of pending deadlines. 4 year degree required; Experience working in a law firm a plus. Must have exceptional computer skills and proficiency using Word and Adobe.
