Location
Duties
- Lead complex legal matters and provide strategic counsel across core practice areas.
- Manage and grow client relationships, including Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals.
- Drive new business development and help expand the firm’s client base.
- Collaborate with other senior attorneys to foster an integrated approach to legal services.
- Mentor and guide junior associates, helping to cultivate the next generation of leaders.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and play an active role in business development efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a partner or senior attorney with leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in one or more of the firm’s key practice areas such as Corporate, Litigation, Trusts and Estates, or Intellectual Property.
- Demonstrated success in client management and business development.
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different legal disciplines.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to legal challenges.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership in the bar in at least one jurisdiction where the position is based (required).
