Job Title: - Lateral Shareholder Experience Information: - Seeking seasoned attorneys with experience in their respective practice areas. - Attorneys with portable business will be given preference. - Experience in medical malpractice is a plus. Location: - New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a book of business. - Handle a full caseload and provide legal advice and representation to clients. - Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide exceptional service to clients. - Stay current on relevant laws and regulations in the practice area. Requirements: - Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in the respective state. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the practice area. - Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team. - Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
