Corporate Paralegal The candidate will apply for state, city and county liquor licenses/permits and renewals. Will file for special event, change of manager and boundary modifications for liquor licenses/permits. Make Secretary of State and other government filings, including submission of annual reports, to maintain entities registered and in good standing in the states in which they do business. Update and maintain corporate organizational chart and listing of officers/directors. Draft corporate resolutions. Form and dissolve legal entities, as needed. Serve as liaison between Spectraâ€™s venues/clients and insurance broker handling requests for Certificates of Insurance. Assist with completion of bank documentation and resolutions. Perform other duties as requested. Should have 3+ years of relevant paralegal experience. Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and efficient is needed. Adept at working effectively in a fast-paced, high activity environment, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with consistently high quality work product is essential. Familiarity with liquor license applications and tied house rules is preferred.
