Landman I The candidate will track and respond accordingly to all outside generated proposals. Obtain necessary internal approval for projects and monitor leasehold acquisition expenditures. Oversee preparation of forms and reports documenting companyâ€™s actions. Analyze, negotiate and prepare oil and gas leases, assignments, farmouts, joint operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, geophysical options, and other contracts. Must have Bachelorâ€™s degree in Petroleum Land Management, Energy Management, Business or a related field or Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited Law school. Should preferably have 3-5 years of in-house, broad-based working experience in traditional Land related operations Mid-Continent of Oklahoma experience. Registered Professional Landman Preferred is a plus. Knowledge of state and federal regulations primarily within Oklahoma High level of efficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ArcGIS Land Mapping experience is must.
