State and Local Tax Senior Manager/Manager/Managing Director The candidate will be working in rapidly growing SALT group working out of any of offices. Responsibilities include: reviewing state tax returns, research and draft memorandums involving multi-state nexus, sales tax and other state and local issues, manage state tax examinations; and audits and assisting with state and local tax consulting projects. Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a CPA license or JD with a minimum of 5+ years of experience working in the tax department of a public accounting firm. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, both independently and as part of a team. Must have exposure to various state and local tax issues.
