Foreclosure Sales Paralegal Entail all pre and post foreclosure sale activities and processes. Work to ensure all relevant activities within their portfolios which occur before and after the foreclosure sale and prior to the REO sale of the asset are addressed timely. Eeceipt of third party funds, addressing deed recording/vesting issues, communication with Vendor, evictions and redemption. Addressing all deed vesting related issues that occur from the foreclosure sale of the property. Monitoring for third party funds. Provide resolution to deed related issues. Monitoring for recorded deeds received. Document execution including revisions and notarizing signatures. Drafting and preparing legal documents. Communicating and following up with attorneys regarding changes to documents and statements. Reviewing title reports to ensure there will not be an issue with the REO closing as it relates to deeds. Preparing Deed and property transfer packages prior to submission to government agencies. Monitoring daily foreclosure sales to ensure properties are boarded timely. Work daily exception reports relevant to post sale processes. Compile documents required for agency loan conveyance such as, insurance documentation, verification, etc. Updating firms case management system and client’s case management system.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. 2+ Years' Foreclosure Experience Preferred. Post sale experience and real estate transaction experience preferred. GSE and Government Mortgage Servicing experience preferred. General real estate or servicing compliance knowledge preferred. Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook and Excel. Professional written and communication skills. Strong word processing and proofreading skills. Ability to work meticulously to ensure the quality of product. Must have excellent phone manner and written and oral communication skills.
