The candidate will support executives, legal leadership and work with other executive assistants. Organize, track projects and schedules, and prepare documents related to litigation, transactional, regulatory, real estate matters, and other legal department projects. Maintain and manage records and project actions for litigation, transactions, real estate projects/documentation, and other matters. Respond to subpoenas and assist in gathering information for and preparing discovery responses. Create and implement legal tools and process improvements. Oversee and perform various administrative and attorney-support duties, including preparing presentation materials, scheduling meetings and conferences, and interfacing with internal clients and external parties. Implement, coordinate, contribute and assist attorneys with research and other projects as assigned. Should have 3-5 or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree. Must have ability to interface with internal clients including at an executive level, outside counsel, and representatives of U.S. Government agencies. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) preferred. Experience with real estate transactional matters desired.
