Client Service Representative The candidate will be in direct contact with clients â€“processing orders, resolving any issues, request for assistance. Will have ability to respond promptly to client questions and concerns. Helping clients that use firm's proprietary applications. Guiding clients through the process of working with state and local public offices. Working with public offices and commercial agents on the client's behalf. Review legal documentation â€“attention to detail is a must. Must be able to multi-task effectively. Excellent customer service skills is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs ( especially Word, Excel, and Outlook software) is required. Great written and verbal communication skills is required. Bachelorâ€™s degree is required. Prior Corporate knowledge, paralegal experience is preferred.
