Legal Administrative Assistant (Bilingual)
The candidate must have 7-10 years’ law firm experience in the areas of Tax and Corporate. Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish (writing, reading, and speaking) is required. should be highly motivated, self-starter, detail-oriented, with advanced skill level in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and Power Point. Must have excellent typing, phone skills and organizational skills are essential along with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Other job duties may include caseload file maintenance, electronic form letters and other various duties as assigned.
