Litigation Partner The candidate will have the opportunity to grow their practice, especially from local to international. In addition to representing US-based clients, will represent many Asian and other international clients, which allows them to work with clients from different parts of the world. Will advise many international clients involved with cross-border disputes. Must be an experienced commercial litigation attorney. Must have a . degree from a . law school and 7+ years of experience in handling commercial dispute and litigation matters, with 5+ years of thereof in private practice. Minimum book of business preferred. Experience with matters before federal courts is a plus. Should be qualified to practice law in California or New York and be an active member in good standing with the relevant Bar association. Should have a knack for distilling complex legal and technical concepts into plain, concise language. Should have excellent negotiating and drafting skills.
