Irvine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate transactional attorney with 1-10 years of experience representing clients in any area of commercial real estate transactions (including acquisitions, development, leasing, and/or finance). The candidate will work closely in a collaborative, low ego environment with the highly experienced team of real estate attorneys and paraprofessionals, representing a diverse group of reputable and well-established clients, including national and local developers, operators and investors across multiple asset classes, as well as banks and other lenders. Will provide an excellent opportunity for responsibility, learning and career growth, including a realistic prospect of partnership, and consideration for flexible work location arrangements (working remotely part-time). Should be a California-admitted attorney from a firm with a comparable real estate practice.
