2-4 yrs required
Litigation Associate The candidate should have 2-4 years of broad-based litigation experience. Should preferably also have experience arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases for trial. Should also have specific litigation experience on commercial litigation issues, including breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, and/or breach of fiduciary duty. A strong academic record and admission to the California Bar are required. IP experience is a plus. Should have excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills, consistent attention to detail, and strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
