Location
Duties
- Lead and manage high-level legal matters in one or more of the following areas: Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Contribute to business development efforts and expand the firm's practice.
- Mentor and guide junior associates, supporting their professional growth.
- Collaborate with other partners and attorneys to provide cohesive and strategic legal solutions across disciplines.
- Play an integral role in shaping the firm's strategic direction and leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates law.
- Proven track record in business development and client management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex matters and teams effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates.
