ProfileEntry-Level Contract Specialist The candidate will provide support services to firm's Contract Attorneys and other legal and clinical staff for firm and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Will manage, track, follow up on and report on legal information and status of documents relating to clinical study agreements with clinical research sites, to ensure contracts are electronically stored, indexed and, whenever possible, searchable. Independently track status of clinical study agreements to ensure project timelines are met. Act as liaison between firm's legal staff and outside personnel, collecting firm, site and client responses to negotiation requests and attending/organizing meetings between firm's staff and outside personnel as needed. Prepare and check original contracts and other original legal documents under the supervision of a Contracts Attorney. Manage other government, client or regulatory requests for documents or information and Work closely with Clinical Trial Assistants to ensure completion of administrative matters such as shipping and filing of contracts.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in law or business administration field). Some experience in an office setting is preferred. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills is required. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills is required.
