Profile

Assistant Attorney General-Civil Prosecution The candidate will represent the Division of Motor Vehicles in prosecuting civil cases. Will litigate assigned cases before the Office of Administrative Hearings. The vast majority of case portfolio will involve a driver’s license revocation for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Hearings are scheduled at least three days per week. Must have extensive use of computer technology.
