Real Estate/Corporate Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for researching and analyzing law sources and preparing documents to assist Lawyers. Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties and municipal codes. Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of purchase agreements, leases, options, deeds, mortgages, condominium documents, closing statements, letters of intent, easements, memoranda of such documents and similar related real estate documents and agreements for review, approval and use by attorneys. Maintain document files. Order and review title commitments and surveys as needed. Coordinate delivery of due diligence materials related to purchase, sale or loan transactions. Prepare resolutions authorizing purchase, sale and/or loan transactions. Prepare corporate organizational documents. Draft and file formation documents for corporations and/or limited liability companies. Prepare real estate closing statements and assists in the closing process. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Should have 7+ years experience as a real estate or corporate paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
