Paralegal I The candidate will provide professional legal support service to an assigned attorneys and performs a variety of law-related and administrative support tasks, including without limitation conducting legal research, drafting legal and business communications, preparing draft agreements and legal documents, facilitating the review and revision of business documents and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems. May act as the department’s liaison for the region and provide support to governing and community boards as needed. Provides administrative support, with focus on document management, filing and corporate record keeping. Responsible for coordinating meetings, managing schedules, interfacing with clients as directed, and performing special projects as requested.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Associates degree. Some knowledge of Labor and Employment is preferred. Some experience in contracting and file management is preferred. Good matter management skills (organization, analysis, etc.) is preferred. General interest in the various legal areas we cover and flexibility to work with any of our team members is preferred. Some skills and experience in litigation support (subpoenas, discovery, etc.) is preferred.
