Patent Agent The candidate will be drafting and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering, and similar technologies. Will be contributing to a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution; Performing due diligence; Supporting the practice by performing general research and writing.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have excellent written communication skills and an ability to produce written work product that is concise and effective; conscientious with a proven attention to detail. Should have strong analytical skills and an ability to offer unique perspectives on complex issues. Should be organized and efficient with disciplined time management skills; Embraces teamwork and works effectively with others who have different styles. 2-3 years of prosecution experience is required. Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or equivalent practical experience is required. USPTO patent bar admission is preferred.
