Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through the pre-litigation phase.

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Draft and review legal documents related to personal injury claims.
• Spanish fluency and workers' compensation case experience are considered valuable assets.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois (or actively working towards both licenses).
• Experience in handling pre-litigation personal injury cases, either from the plaintiff or defense side.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and demand drafting skills.
• Empathy and a client-focused approach to legal representation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois (or pursuing).

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a legal team.
• Fluency in Spanish and experience with workers' compensation cases are major pluses.
