Paralegal - Immigration The candidate will be responsible for preparation and filing of a range of immigrant and non-immigrant employer-sponsored petitions and applications. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have 2+ years of full-time experience as an immigration paralegal, including in-depth comprehensive experience with PERM processing as well as experience with all aspects of business immigration. Significant experience in PERM labor certification matters is required. Experience drafting specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits is needed. Experience working with INSZoom and/or LawLogix is a plus.
