Field Representative/Investigator
DUTIES: Follow practices and processes that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company standards, and serve the needs of our clients. This includes a commitment to a process of continuous improvement. Be an ambassador of the firm and ensure the first impression presented paints the firm in a positive manner. Obtain and secure appointments outside the Firm’s office with potential new clients for the purpose of securing an Attorney-Client Contingency Fee Agreement and completing the new client questionnaires. Take photos of the injury. Ensure photos are easy to see and clearly display the extent of the client’s injury. Take photos of the property damage. Ensure photos are easy to see and clearly display the extent of the property damage. If vehicle is not on premises and time allows, should locate vehicle and photograph.) Obtain copies of client’s health insurance card. Remit new intake forms daily. Save and attach photos, health insurance card and scans of other documents within 48 hours. Safely monitor e-mail while out in the field. Deliver/Pick-up client documents as instructed by Core Leader. Speak to potential clients for all markets and determine if pre-described criteria is met to schedule sign-up. Manage calendar and reschedule appointments (especially when cancellations occur) if necessary to ensure clients are met with as quickly as possible. Drive company car; abide by the fleet vehicle policy; keep up with maintenance; oil changes; tire rotation, and keep clean. Adhere to the Firm’s policies and procedures related to client engagement and maintain confidentiality of all client information, protected health care information and business operations Provide excellent customer service skills when calling or meeting clients to gather information. Accept after-hour phone calls per the rotation schedule established by Core Leader. Perform other duties within the employee’s training and skills as directed by Core Leader.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, required. 1+ year of personal injury or sales experience in a high volume atmosphere is essential. Ability to professionally multitask and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously. Good human relations, communication (oral and written) skills. Must have the ability to communicate with clients, courts, medical providers, and insurance companies. Provide dependability and trustworthiness. Ability to work independently without regular direct supervision.
