Automotive Sales Attorney The candidate will be the trusted legal advisor for the team selling technology to Automotive Tier 1 and 2 suppliers and OEMs that will fuel the next generation in smart and autonomous driving. Will be responsible for advising on sales strategies, helping to shape pricing and deal structure, and develop and negotiate sales agreements. This is a senior role requiring sophisticated influencing skills and the ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries. Advise and influence senior executives by providing practical legal solutions to business problems. Lead a worldwide team in executing our One Intel approach to automotive sales contracting. Proactively anticipate and develop mitigation strategies for legal and business issues. Provide legal training and day-to-day counseling for a GM/VP and his/her team-Negotiate, draft, and propose policy around contracts with key customers. Develop templates and best practices to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements. Should have J.D. and license to practice law in a U.S. state. Intimate knowledge of automotive industry with 5 years, preferably 7+ of experience drafting, negotiating, and interpreting commercial agreements in the automotive industry is needed. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience advising procurement or sales teams. Previous antitrust experience or the willingness & ability to quickly ramp on antitrust law for sales and pricing practices. Experience around hardware sales to automotive or consumer-centric industries.
