Clyde & Co has an opportunity for a senior attorney with insurance coverage and coverage litigation experience to join our team and to lead the analysis and preparation of coverage opinions for domestic and international role will provide oversight and development of our junior attorneys in coverage analysis and preparation of coverage opinions with regard to commercial liability policies and other specialty non-litigation role is suited to someone who has a strong interest in focusing on complex coverage analysis and the ability to advance the abilities of the team. We are open to remote working.

Skills and Abilities Required

Excellent legal research, writing and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Understanding of and sensitivity to clients' needs;
Ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive nature;
Ability to handle time sensitive matters, sometimes several simultaneously;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects;
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
