Administrative Assistant Paralegal
The candidate will be responsible for client intake; client communication; legal research; legal writing (briefs, articles, blogs, etc.); filing of documents; tracking billable hours; data entry; creating and assisting attorneys with other tasks as needed.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have a Paralegal Certificate or 1+ year's law firm experience. Though this position is entry-level, experience is preferred. Should be fast learner. Must have ability to multi-task. Should have strong memory. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Should demonstrate organizational capabilities. Should have extensive familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
