Duties

• Advocate for survivors of sexual abuse in civil litigation against responsible institutions.
• Draft complaints, respond to written discovery, and handle demurrers.
• Conduct depositions and participate in jury trials.
• Collaborate with clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates.
• Work on various cases, including those related to personal injury, medical malpractice, mass torts, and insurance liability defense.

Requirements

• Experience in civil litigation, with a focus on representing plaintiffs in personal injury or related fields.
• Willingness to work on sensitive cases involving trauma survivors.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.

Skills
