Food and Drug Associate
The candidate Should have 2-4 years of experience to join growing Food and Drug regulatory practice. Work will include advising clients on food packaging, food, food additive, food labeling, and food safety matters under FDA and USDA jurisdiction; establishing appropriate regulatory status for various ingredients; and assisting with Proposition 65 compliance and defense. Should have strong academic credentials; excellent analytical, research, writing, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; and the ability to assume immediate responsibility are required. Due to the technical nature of the practice, an undergraduate degree or some experience in a scientific field (biology, chemistry, mathematics, or engineering) will be helpful. Experience with Proposition 65 and Litigation also a plus. Must be a California barred attorney.
