ProfileWashington, D.C. office of our client seeks traditional labor and employment litigation attorney with 7+ years of experience. The ideal candidate must have significant management-side experience in traditional labor matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act, including NLRB hearings, collective bargaining, and labor arbitration proceedings as well as other labor union matters. Should preferably have experience with discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, EEOC matters, and wage-hour matters and should be able to handle routine employment litigation with minimal supervision. Experience in OFCCP and affirmative action matters, and/or OSHA is a plus. Must be admitted to the DC Bar.
