Traditional Labor Attorney The candidate will assume an important role in traditional labor matters, including advising employers on their rights and legal obligations involving union organizing activities, providing employee relations training and advice, and representing employers in unfair labor practice and union representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Position will involve direct contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. We can provide multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities. Should have a Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in South Carolina. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. 1-4 years of traditional labor law and employment experience preferred, but comparable experience may be considered. Outstanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class).
